When your hormones start changing, everything changes. Your sleep. Your weight. Your mood. Your memory. Your energy. Your confidence. Your body begins to feel unfamiliar — as if it belongs to someone else. And no one can quite explain why.
I can. I help women understand what is happening inside their bodies and build a clear, evidence-based approach to support it — so they can take back control of their health, their energy, and their future.
Because you deserve to live the next chapter of your life feeling healthy, strong, vibrant, and fully yourself.
This transition isn’t the end of feeling good.
It’s the beginning of understanding yourself in a deeper, more powerful way than ever before.

I help women navigate perimenopause and menopause with evidence-based nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies - integrated with medical treatment when appropriate
This isn't about managing symptoms. It's about preventing disease and preserving independence
This transition is a critical prevention window
Perimenopause isn't just about hot flashes and night sweats
Without proper support during this transition you risk:
Heart disease (becomes the leading cause of death after menopause)
Bone loss (20-25% during transition | hip fractures have 20-30% mortality)
Cognitive decline (2/3 of Alzheimer's patients are women)
Metabolic dysfunction (diabetes risk increases dramatically)
With comprehensive support, you can:
✔ Preserve bone density
✔ Protect cardiovascular health
✔ Maintain cognitive function
✔ Stay metabolically healthy
✔ Climb stairs at 75, travel at 80, live independently at 85
Function at 80 is built at 50
This is why understanding and supporting your body during perimenopause matters - not just for how you feel today, but for how you live for the next 40 years.

Eating for your biology - not following fad diets
Your body needs complete, balanced nutrition during perimenopause:
Your gut microbiome produces 90% of your serotonin. It metabolizes estrogen. It affects your sleep, mood, and stress response.
When your gut is happy, hormones balance better
I follow Mediterranean and Japanese nutritional principles - two of the most researched longevity dietary patterns - adapted to real life.
No fad diets. No extreme restriction. Just nourishing your body for the biology you're living in.

Strength training = independence insurance
Strength training during perimenopause isn't about aesthetics.
It's about:
Bone health - HRT slows bone loss. Strength training builds bone. Together, density is preserved.
Muscle preservation - Maintains metabolism and functional capacity
Cognitive protection - Increases BDNF (brain-derived neutrophic factor)
Metabolic health - Improves insulin sensitivity, reduces cardiovascular risk
At 75, will you climb the stairs independently?
At 80, will you carry groceries and travel freely?
At 85, will you live independently or require assisted care?
The difference is determined by strength you build at 50.
This is about carrying your own groceries, getting up off the floor if you fall and maintaining your independence for decades

Sleep is where everything either breaks down or heals.
Perimenopause destroys sleep through progesterone decline, night sweats, and cortisol dysregulation.
Poor sleep doesn't just make you tired - it worsens insulin resistance, accelerates cognitive decline, increases cardiovascular disease risk, and promotes inflammation.
HRT (especially progesterone) can restore sleep architecture. Combined with sleep hygiene and environmental optimization, this becomes powerful.
You can eat perfectly and train consistently - but without sleep, nothing works optimally.
Chronic stress isn't just uncomfortable. It's a disease accelerator.
During perimenopause, chronic stress:
This isn't self-care fluff. This is disease prevention
Managing stress through boundaries, daily movement, breathwork, and prioritizing recovery is essential.

HRT integration
I understand the hesitation around hormone replacement therapy. I lived it.
For 18 months, I tried to manage perimenopause symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle alone. They helped - but were not enough.
When I integrated HRT with my lifestyle foundation, everything changed.
HRT isn't a replacement for lifestyle. HRT + lifestyle creates synergy that neither achieves alone
HRT slows bone loss. Nutrition provides the building blocks. Strength training stimulates bone building. Together, density is maintained or improved.
Separately? Limited results. Together? Transformation
I work alongside your medical provider to ensure nutrition and lifestyle support for your treatment optimally

I understand where you are right now.
You're exhausted but when you try to explain it, it sounds like you're just tired.
You're gaining weight despite eating carefully and staying active.
Your sleep is broken every night and you wake up feeling worse than when you went to bed.
The brain fog is affecting your work, your confidence, your sense of self.
You've tried cutting things out, pushing harder, doing more and nothing is working the way it used to.
And somewhere underneath all of it is a quiet fear that this might just be who you are now.
It isn't.
Here is what working together actually looks like:
You'll understand for the first time exactly what your body is doing and why. Not in a clinical, overwhelming way in a way that finally makes sense of everything you've been experiencing.
You'll have a nutrition approach built for the biology you have now not the body you had at 25.
You'll be moving in a way that builds bone, protects your brain, and preserves your independence for the next 40 years.
Your sleep will improve. Your energy will return. The fog will lift.
And you'll have a clear, documented, 90-day plan that fits your actual life not a perfect version of it.
Stabilize metabolism and support hormone function through sustainable, science-based strategies. Blood sugar regulation. Anti-inflammatory nutrition. Real food, not restriction.
Preserve muscle mass, protect bone health, and maintain metabolic resilience.
Strength training for bones and metabolism. Cardiovascular health without excess stress
Regulate stress physiology, improve recovery, and restore internal stability.
Tools for regulation, not toxic positivity. Practical strategies for high-responsibility lives.
These foundations relieve symptoms now while protecting long-term health.
Structured process providing clarity, understanding, and a personalized framework.
Session 1: Understanding
Clear explanation of what is happening biologically. Your patterns. What to address first.
Session 2: Your Framework
Personalized nutrition, movement, and nervous system strategies, fully documented and actionable.
Session 3: Implementation
How this fits your life. Your constraints. Your 90-day roadmap.
Many clients continue with ongoing support, including blood work review and framework refinement as their physiology evolves.

I am a chemist and Stanford-trained nutritionist with over two decades of experience in metabolic health and human physiology.
My background in chemistry allows me to understand hormonal and metabolic changes at a molecular level and translate that science into clear, practical strategies.
I began working with clients in London, supporting women in improving their metabolic stability, energy, and long-term health.
My Story
As I entered my own midpoint, my daughter Sofia was entering puberty. We were standing at opposite ends of the same biological process. Despite years of studying molecular biology, I was not prepared for the lived experience.
For several years, I experienced what so many women describe: disrupted sleep, metabolic changes, energy fluctuations, emotional shifts. I tried restrictive approaches that didn't work. I blamed stress, life transitions, everything except what was actually happening. Understanding biology changed everything.
Once I applied my chemistry training and nutrition knowledge to my own experience, I knew what to do. Within months, my sleep stabilized. My energy returned. My body responded. I wrote my book Nothing Is Wrong With You and do this work so women can understand their biology and support their health with clarity and confidence.
My Credentials:
Chemistry degree with focus on gut microbiome and metabolic health
Stanford-trained nutritionist
20+ years studying biochemistry, nutrition science, and human physiology
Extensive work in gut health and its relationship to hormonal and metabolic function
My Approach:
Science-based (I explain the biology, not just the protocols)
Systems thinking (nutrition, movement, and nervous system work together)
Sustainable (designed for real life, not perfect conditions)
Professional (this is serious work for long-term health)
I don't teach theory. I apply science.
FOR CLINICS & MEDICAL PRACTICES
I partner with physicians, gynecologists, and women's health clinics to provide nutritional and lifestyle support that complements medical treatment.
Women are told to eat better, exercise more, manage stress but not given the tools to do it. I bridge that gap.

FOR COMPANIES
Perimenopause occurs during peak professional years. 40–60% of your female workforce is experiencing it and most are suffering in silence.
Unmanaged symptoms affect focus, productivity, sleep, and performance. Many women leave careers they worked decades to build not because they can't do the work, but because their bodies aren't supported.
I provide science-based workshops, educational programs, and group support that help women navigate this transition while maintaining their careers and health.
